The Cummings House built by Cummings Construction Inc., is the 5th house in the Homeward Dreams program. Tim Cummings offered to build this home with no profit or overhead. Also helping to make this home affordable is Michael Masters and Buck Baker, owners of Brookhurst Development. Michael and Buck provided a building lot in a new subdivision at a very low cost. This home is estimated to sell for $150,000 to an eligible Dream Builder employee.
