This home has special meaning because it was Jay Eastwood who made the suggestion of looking at a leased land concept that was critical in making the Homeward Dreams program work.
Because of the Eastwood's generous offer to sell us a lot at a reduced cost and build the home with no profit or overhead, this home was made available for only $150,000.

In November of 2007, Kevin and Shannon Launius became the proud owners of the Eastwood House. Kevin was eligible to purchase this home through Dream Builder partner the Grants Pass and Josephine County Chamber of Commerce.
